Incorporating a generous pinch sea salt into our velvety Belgian chocolate fudge produces a depth like no other, a truly satisfying indulgence!
Ingredients: Sugar, cream (MILK), MILK, butter (MILK), dark chocolate (17%) (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder (MILK) emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), sugar syrup, sea salt (0.3%) potassium sorbate. Allergens in bold. Not suitable for nut or peanut sufferers due to manufacturing methods.

How to store your fudge Your fudge has been made to order. As our fudge is made using fresh ingredients it must be kept cool and away from any heat source. Five to 14 degrees Celsius is perfect. To prevent your fudge from drying out always keep it in sealed packaging or a container.
Keep it longer, if you can! To extend the life of you fudge it will store very well in the fridge for up to two months. Or you can store it in your freezer for up to four months. Either eat it straight from frozen or defrost at room temperature for an hour.
