About Upper Oaks Fudge
I’m Hannah. I love fudge. I eat it, talk about it and smile about it.
I’ve always loved fudge, even as a child. I vividly remember spending time in pursuit of the perfect fudge for a extra special holiday treat.
The smell that hooks you in, the smooth texture that melts in your mouth and the exceptional creamy taste.
I was intrigued! I needed to know how to make this delicacy. I experimented (a lot!). Then I began making fudge for friends and family until, finally, demand outgrew the size of my saucepan and Upper Oaks was born in 2019.
My loved ones have helped me develop my most popular flavours, but I’m always experimenting with more and adding seasonal flavours.
I’m a Shropshire girl, married to a farmer. We have three children who have all inherited a weakness for fudge.
My fudge is a mixture of love and local produce, made in small batches on an Aga in our family kitchen. I hope you love my fudge too.
